Ingredients :
Premium Peach Gum, Red Dates, Dried Longan, White Fungus
Method:
1 . Soak peach gum overnight and rinse well before cooking.
2 . Soak white fungus for 30 minutes.
3 . Put soaked peach gum, red dates and longan into 2-2.5 litres of water and simmer for 20 minutes.
4 . Add in white fungus and simmer for another 10 minutes. Put in rock sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
