After soaking in water, it becomes a fresh white colour from which it is named "Sliver fungus"or "Tremella". Highland White Fungus is rich in highly nourishing, the texture is silky smooth, and is considered to be a high quality Chinese delicacy.
Soak the fungus in water for 20 minutes, wash under running water after the fungus turns soft
