Ingredients :
Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Paeoniae Radix Alba, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Atractylodes Macrocephala, Wolfiporia Extensa, Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Radix Codonopsis Pilosula, Glycyrrhiza Uralensis, Cortex Eucommiae Ulmoides.
Cooking Instructions :
Bring 700ml of water to a boil, then add the two cooking bags of Wight Treasures Soup ingredients. Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
Add chicken or shelled boiled eggs if preferred, and continue to simmer for another 30 minutes. Add salt to taste, serve warm.
Two Simple Methods for Steeping:
1 . Place water and the herbal sachet in a pot, cover, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat. Let steep.
2 . Preheat a thermos by rinsing it with hot water, then add the herbal sachet. Pour in boiling water, cover, let steep.
