Ingredients :
Radix Codonopsis, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Ginseng, Salt, Rock Sugar, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Foeniculum vulgare, Cortex Cinnamomi, Fructus Anisi Stellati, MSG Seasoning, Pepper.
Preparation and Seasoning :
1 packet (2 sachets) of Emperor Chicken Ingredients
600-1000g fresh chicken/ meat
1 piece of aluminum foil, HDPE wrapper
Method :
Tear open the two teabags of mixed herbs and rub thoroughly onto a whole or half chicken. Wrap the chicken with the provided HDPE wrapper, followed by a layer of aluminum foil (prepared separately). Steam the wrapped chicken for at least 1 hour, until fully cooked. Serve warm.
Tip : For a quick and nourishing recipe, simply marinate chicken pieces with the mixed herbs and steam. Enjoy! This herb mix can also be used to steam fish.
