PAYMENT METHODS
We only accept VISA or MASTER Credit and Debit Cards issued by a bank acceptable by us as the mode of payment. If you use a foreign credit card, will charge you a fee. (Fee rates depending on the bank)
DELIVERY
We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order. One online transaction is subjected to one delivery location.
- ⦁ Aim to deliver within the time indicated by us at the time of your Order, but we cannot promise an exact date & time. When you submit your Order or at the Confirmation of Order. Always aim to deliver within 5 working days from the date of any Order which from Monday to Friday. There will be no delivery on Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Deliveries are available in Singapore mainland only. And the Delivery Schedule from 10am to 9pm.

- ⦁ We shall aim to pre-alert you if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
- ⦁ On delivery of the Product, you are required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the Product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. You need to keep the receipt of the delivered Product in case of unforeseen dispute.
- ⦁ Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations such as embassies, customs, military complex, construction sites, jurong island, etc. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
- ⦁ You must take care when opening the Product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.
- ⦁ If you are not available to take delivery or collection, we may contact and give you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from our outlets.
EXCHANGE /REFUND POLICY
The customer may reject the product at the point of delivery, if any product proves to have been delivered in a damage/defective condition or wrong items delivered. However, if product is found defective within 7 days from the day of delivery, customer shall need to fill up a return and refund application form and submit via email to info@hockhuaestore.com.sg . Our management will review the application to decide the justification for an exchange or refund. If the request is accepted, the customer shall be informed via email to bring the products personally with the receipt to the assigned outlet. Exchange and replacement will be carried out direct from the assigned outlet. While for refund on products, the refund amount will be charged for 2% credit card admin fee. Outlets available for online purchases return and refund are as follow, Tampines Mall, Jurong Point, Serangoon Nex, Causeway Point, Chinatown Point and Ang Mo Kio Hub.

No order via phone or email will be accepted, all customers have to register for an account and submit their orders online via the website.
Photograph and images featured on the website are representation of actual products only and variation may apply from time to time. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that product representation and information are as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see from monitor is same color with the actual product color. We are not liable should there be any variation to the actual physical products.
